Like some other posters here I think that a paid service is probably a necessary evil for long term quality regulation (although currently it skews too much into evil)

Like some other posters here I think that a paid service is probably a necessary evil for long term quality regulation (although currently it skews too much into evil)
And a non-profit can provide such a service.
