Nope — you can browse my HN comment history and I've been using em dashes far before LLMs were a thing
Ah sorry, fair enough. I guess you were, are and will have been getting this question quite frequently :D
I used dashes quite frequently in the past, but stopped using them to avoid being associated with llm generated text :(
It's a shame really, because it is a useful gramatical tool.
