Gaggia Platinum Pro in 2010 (I guess 15 years, not 20). I got it half-off but new because my wife's company was switching employee espresso makers for the entire company and were selling off their stock.

If/when we redo our pantry I'm going to get a built-in one with a water hook-up. The biggest pain with the one I have now is having to refill the water every few days.
