Unless read as suggesting "Neanderthal males were hugely charismatic"?
In current-day interracial dating dynamics there are preferred race and gender combos and this is shown through lots of statistics.
The answer isn't necessarily rape...
...or "Neanderthal males were huge, thus charismatic" :)
