For me, it was the first week after I installed WinXP (or maybe it was Win2000? can't remember). I tried to delete a file, I think it was a driver, and I got an "Access denied" error. I was absolutely shocked. What do you mean access denied? It's my computer! My file! You don't deny me anything! I tell you what to do and you obey. I booted my DOS system floopy and erased the whole partition. End of fun.
