I mean naturally the question is why do some people's soft palate collapse while sleeping while others don't.

Could it possible be due to musculature and structure of the palate and tongue? And, if it is, could therapy help mitigate it?

I mean, just consider the conditions physical therapy can help with today. Is it really so out of the question that physical therapy could help obstructive sleep apnea?
