Just want to say we've been happy customers of nodebb for years. They host our forum[0] and we've been thrilled with the uptime and service.

I wrote before about how important forums are for discovery and self-service[1] and I think that is even more true with LLMs.

ChatGPT can't search in your slack or discord to surface answers without special help, whereas if you put the info out on a forum, it surfaces naturally.
