I'm building a tool that helps small volunteer orgs. manage their property/facility. Something to replace the filing cabinet, text threads and email inboxes that get lost when your volunteer treasurer or retired admin moves on. Specifically building for my wife and I to take care of our house and for our small church who manages a building. The idea is you take a picture of the plumbers invoice, forward the insurance policy, or write down the last time the roof was inspected all in one place.
