Free for 500Mbps huh? But it only connects to certain other clouds, not the internet.
I believe so? It connects to Internet, as long as you have a physical presence in a datacenter that is connected to one of their partners.
So you connect AWS to Oracle and connect Oracle to some colo and have a server at that colo and get internet access there and then you're done?
Probably still cheaper than AWS egress
