Russia is already targeting apartment blocks. I doubt they hesitate to attack known factories.

Those factories are outside of Ukraine, in Europe. A lot of people (both pro- and anti- Russia) seem to be hoping that Russia will attack Europe to stop Ukrainian drone attacks.
Who exactly? You seem to be moving in weird places.
European politicians are all about the war, champing at the bit to escalate, expanding militaries and reordering their economies around the MIC. As for insane MAGA and Euro-right, just go read any of them, they are all like that.
