Seeing the title and the upvotes, I thought the author just discovered a use case that justifies the ~~$3500~~ $3700 price tag.

Huh. In this case moving a single wall, or repositioning a single window, kitchen island, etc - would cost more than $3500.
The author isn't doing AR/mixed reality so they aren't showing that use case. You can do all of it on a cheaper headset, too.
