I have spoken to "locals" but I wouldn't call that a representative sample. She's been in power for less than 2 years so maybe let's hold off before drawing any conclusions. They may well turn out as failures but it's certainly too early to make any conclusions when there's still hundreds of groundbreaking ceremonies that haven't even happened

FWIW she's still one of the most popular leaders in all of South America
