Finishing up my GSoC project with MalariaGEN. We're writing a new tool to estimate kinship coefficients between mosquitoes genomes and the project got a lot bigger than I initially planned haha. I'm going to tie up a smaller part for the GSoC submission in August and then keep working on the rest for a paper we're writing up. Also a big shout out to AVX-512 and sleef, for numerical work it is just chef's kiss. For anyone curious you can see the tools used to analyze DNA for disease vector control here, it's pretty interesting :)
