Well, that's worse. Wearing armour into Parliament is specifically forbidden since the year 1313 (1).

I'm sure that Count Binface could argue that it's merely a costume not functional, just plastic resembling actual armour. Or he could switch to a suit and tie.

I have no idea what way that debate would play out, but the debate doesn't need to happen at present.
