I don't know if we should jump immediately to that conclusion. The article has plenty of tiny typographical/grammatical errors suggesting it was human written, or at the very least a human was significantly involved in the loop.
what structure are you possibly referring to? it's a noun + adjective clause. That's why you see it hundreds of times per day.

This is a really constipated sentence and there are a dozen better ways to say it. Claude loves this structure though.
I hadn't thought about it, but yeah, that does sound like Claude.
But it doesn't change the question; I still expect authors to be responsible for the meaning of what they post, regardless of whether they fully wrote it themselves or not. Yes, I know, silly me.
