Propaganda always tries to convince people that the current war is the just war and everyone else is wrong.

Propaganda always tries to convince people that the current war is the just war and everyone else is wrong.
It does, but that doesn't mean that wars aren't started for different reasons, or that those reasons can be morally justified or not.
