The article ist about a Platform which only facilitates the sale but actual sending is done by the original maker, so that doesn't seem to match.

Platform is one choke point, logistics companies (e.g. DHL) is another. In EU logistics would be the easier one. Let them handle all the PPWR circus, charge a little more from the seller.
