I don't believe updates on X is an exclusive channel for vital alerts in Spain.

This just doesn't make any sense, maybe what they are posting on X is just some typical SMM slop.

To send nation-wide or localised alerts for forest fires, floods or natural disasters, Spain seems to be using an entirely different system called ES-Alert via cellular broadcast technology which makes a lot of sense.
