Coming from Vienna, that can't be right. This city alone breaks that assumption with it's largest 4 orchestras combined.

Coming from Vienna, that can't be right. This city alone breaks that assumption with it's largest 4 orchestras combined.
It is still a very small number compared to all that practice music, and which they could live of it.
