I would wait until there's a display model at an Apple Store, then give it a week while it goes through approximately a bajillion fold/unfold cycles, then see what the crease looks like.

Assuming they don't swap it out every night/week.
Speaking of which, when will it be in the stores to play with?
Likely on launch day next month (October 23). Apple doesn't do display units until the day of the launch.
The general public is always better at destructive testing than a machine built for that purpose.
