Nothing can be as bad as modern social networks. Unless they start pushing manipulation, brain rot, gambling and porn into each AI answer.
I'd say nothing damaged me more than the 90s unrestricted internet and extreme sites.

I find both arguments asinine: why would socials for adults or outsourcing thinking by adults be good?
