He has caused a non-zero number of deaths from entirely preventable diseases, I would rather not mention any numbers (nor do I claim real knowledge of them) before there is public accountability. Mentioning numbers tends to put the Elon Stans into a willfully ignorant state. It’s natural for them, as they have to pretend the Emperor’s garments are astonishing 24/7.
