I just wish I could get an answer from them on why a brand new phone is missing some pretty important LTE/5G bands in the US

Well because the phone is not supposed to be used for mindless doomscrolling but calling. Highspeed not needed.
Won't missing bands affect the reliability as well, not just the speed?
In the USA there's only VoLTE/VoNR via 4G/5G, 2G and 3G networks have been shut down a while ago.
Which ones? I was prepared to complain about this as well but it supports every band under 3GHz on my carrier
It would probably work on T-Mobile and maybe on Verizon, but it’s missing b14, b30, and b29 which are definitely required for AT&T (not to mention AT&T’s whitelist). Also weird that it doesn’t have any 5G FDD bands other than n71.
Edit: Verizon would also benefit from b48, although that may be optional.
