There is an enormous amount of time that goes into ticket and other triaging admin across industries. Its use cases go beyond that, but that alone would save a huge number of person-hours.

Why would you use Jev over Sol/Sonnet though?
Speed/cost benefits of Jev are mostly useless for triage.
Feels like you would be using a dumber model to achieve worse results.
If all you have is a Jev, everything looks like it can be solved with a classifier?
