I work at a company that we jokingly call a "SaaS Paradise", since nothing is built in house, and when it is, it's crap. All these companies do the same thing with the popups, e-mails, Slack messages (!) warning of cancellation or change of terms. It looks like collective desperation that is just accelerating post-LLM.
