As usual, the written law only gives a vague outline, so people like you can defend it with motte-and-bailey. In practice, stickers with slogans such as "It's OK to be white" and "Natives losing jobs; migrants pouring in" get you sent to jail [1,2]. But I'm sure you're okay with banning "race hate" or "incitement", so here's a question for you - do you think "Black People!" by the poet laureate of New Jersey, Amiri Baraka, should be banned? Maybe even is already banned in the UK, since I'm sure their anti-hate laws are enforced evenly? Here are the lyrics:

Do you think everyone that shared group chats (where "improprieties" were spoken) with e.g. Tyler James Robinson, or Bryanna Dutcher, or Shannon Brandt, should go to jail? "Should" here refers to a moral, not legal standard - we're discussing what the law should be, not what it is, so don't bother with "laws in USA are different" counterarguments.

Idk wtf is going on in the US. Maybe you've conveniently forgotten WW2 but this shit is a thousand times more destructive then the thing it fears. If this shit isn't stamped on it gets us all killed. Nazism should always be illegal due to the tolerance paradox. It seeks to strip away people's rights, dehumanise them and murder them by initially claiming there is a specific filter that you're safe from. It then takes that same standard and applies it internally to any opposition without the filter. My grandparents were both part of that war. I haven't forgotten, you clearly have.
