EVs are a stupid idea and will remain so for the foreseeable future. If you want to complain about their funding of climate deniers, complain about that. But don't criticize them for their justified dismissal of the EV mania.
I am disappointed Toyota is making EVs now. That doesn't mean I am a fan of the company; I don't even own a car.

I am so glad that there are manufacturers who disagree with you, because I would cry real tears if I were forced to go back to ICE.

HEV, PHEV, ICE. All are valid alternatives. Hydrogen cars are stupid though.
Gas is closing in on >6$/gal and my country produces no oil but a ton of electricity. How are any of those supposed to help?
