Does Nvidia pay more than it receives from datacenter construction?

1) There are many other companies making a lot of money? Examples: NVIDIA, Micron, TSMC, Broadcom, AMD, SK Hynix, ASML...

2) The hyperscalers (Google, Microsoft, Amazon) are profitable?
