Steve Jobs and Jony Ive. Particularly one of the promo videos with Ive’s voice-over saying something to the effect of, “There isn’t anything we could remove to make it any better.”

This put some language to a shift that was already happening as a result of using the products for several years.

I’m a different person today because of this lesson and how it shifted the way I think at a pretty deep level, from purchases to problem-solving.
