Of course, they're not high traffic routes, but these are places you can still easily find gasoline.
Not to mention all of those places are cold, which affects your range.
Maybe go try chargefinder because I just put your first route in and there are several along the way.
Furthest I can see on 11 is 250km.
Newfoundland has a ton of chargers.
