Surprised to see my former university director/lecturer appear on HN. She (the author) was very controversial and general not liked towards the end of her tenure by most of my peers. Nonetheless, she was quite good in her field.
Can you share more details?
SA/rape of a batchmate. She was the director at the time and word was that she was complicit in a PR drive to get this off the news and also ban on campus protests around it.
