I don’t mean to speak for him, but I believe what he’s saying is that if they can’t track us with flock cameras, they’ll just do it by reading our TPMS sensors as we drive down the street

Flock isn't the only system reading license plates. ALPRs have been used by various government organizations for decades: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Automatic_number-plate_recogni...
Thats exactly right. Flock cameras allegedly listen for these sensors.
