Ok, sure, it's dumb. Go spend your money on shiny new things instead. I mean, as you certainly know and complain about, it just lines shareholder's pockets.

I'll repeat: you're almost certainly responding to some imagined straw-man in your head.
I know because you're responding with weird hallucinations that completely miss the point. You've been doing it since the beginning of this thread (e.g. your "You know anyone can own the means of production in a capitalist society?" reads in context as a mindlessly misdeployed talking point).
You either land in one of three overlapping spots:
1. buying ownership stakes in capital production
2. buying the output of capital production
3. Sitting on capital (in the bank, under the mattress) and letting someone else profit on it (the bank, all the rest of currency holders)
I would guess that you are in spot 2 and 3, and detest spot 1 as a rigged game or something. Ironically spot 1 is the least rigged one. But your rabid confusion prevents you from understanding that, eternally damning you (like many) to perpetually being bent over in spots 2 and 3 (and furthering your intense anger at spot 1 - "The Shareholders").

Heh.
You need to stop guessing. Really, stop. You're not any good at it. You don't know anything about me, and appear to respond to that ignorance by filling in your blanks with wrong but (likely) ideologically self-satisfying hallucinations. I kinda feel embarrassed for you, but also amused.
