Huh, there are other Indian IT vendors in list like Tata, Wipro, Cognizant and Infosys. MS is not alone in this. It'd be payback if it was about Microsoft's business/contracting with government.

The article explains why Microsoft is being singled out. It couldn't be more clear that this is a personal vendetta, and nothing related to US government policy.
