"B" is "buy" in Counter-Strike, and "B" ls "look back" in a racing game.
What kind of consistency did you expect across Mail App and Safari? How do you "Reply" in browsers?

I am not expecting any consistency. I am expecting a claim of consistency NOT to be made for keyboard shortcuts either on osx or windows.
Okay so you’re being pedantic just for the sake of it. The shortcuts are about as consistent as they can be given the circumstances.
