To me that is just a continuation of the divide between people really using computers to improve their work and those who don't. Not just people, but also organziations. It's trivial things like having a shared digital calendar, collecting data using digital forms not paper, sharing data digitally not on paper, so that you can search and index it. I think it will continue to be like that and I don't think it's really bad. We are not running from something, we don't need maximum efficiency in all places immediately.
