It just reads like vagueposting about how capable internal models are. We've been hearing this for a while, yet each model that's actually released is a modest increment on the previous. The boy keeps crying wolf.

We must have lived through a very different year, but either way, the capability being referenced (agent swarms with message passing) is not released, and it remains to be seen if it will ever be released. This is because of the very obvious issue of cost. Mind you, this is neither the primary nor the majority point of the post.
