Sites should support multiple passkeys, and allow you to select between them if more than one are available.

I've seen this work on both Windows and iOS, where I have sites set up to use passkeys from multiple sources (Yubikey, Windows Hello, Apple Passwords, Microsoft Authenticator app), but I've also seen it not work, so there must be something the site has to do to make this possible.
