Hey, could you share one of these chats with the "Share chat" function? This might be of interest to a lot of law students.
Just by being posted here on hn, it will probably be discoverable by anyone that searches for cases where an LLM gave damaging medical advice.
That's why they have "ai makes mistakes" text under the chat box to get away with things.
That would be a (weak) defense against malpractice or tort claims, yes
But there’s also the matter of medical practice without a license, and unregulated (no fda approval) medical devices.
In every response the LLMs keep saying "i am not this i am not that so consult someone". Try yourself.
