I love it as it supports some weird devices that were abandoned or require Chinese data residency for them to sync.
How is it working for you in Garmin for sleep tracking? I tried it a few years ago and loved it at first, but then noticed how incorrect sleep data was.
I'm not using it for sleep tracking so I can't comment on that. I mostly use it with Garmin Instinct 3 Solar for recording and exporting gpx tracks of my hikes and bicycle trips.
