Claude (Opus5.5Medium) with "Claude in Chrome" can scan your activities in Strava and Garmin Connect websites and download GPX files without use of an MCP (perhaps not as quick).

I've found it can also give quite good suggestions for what kind of run to do after looking at my previous weeks activities on the Strava website.
