The 69.7 million acre Montana figure made me laugh. I've hit the same kind of bug joining government datasets, where one weird record only shows up once you run every state.

How do you handle listings that go off-market between weekly rebuilds? Do those pages 404, redirect, or stay up as sold? I run a few sites built on weekly public data and still haven't settled on what works best with Google when pages disappear.
