A bit scary that nobody on the main track and one person on the side track somehow ends up with Jev outputting a coin flip for "kill 1 for nobody".
When I try the same I get 0.17 for "kill 1 for nobody?", which still seems a little high but I'm not seeing a coin flip.

EDIT: I can get this to happen if I pick the "\"0 people\" (wording check)" option. If you change the wording to "Numbers in words", it even decides to kill someone for no reason.
