Any LLM which throws away the instructions in the system prompt (which is already publicly shared for Claude) because the next input was that grandma is about to be hit by a train unless they do would be a complete joke.
I doubt the author really expected/intended any other result to be reasonable, it's just an excuse to create fake shock for social media "humor"/"makes you think" type sharing one would expect of an X post.
Or how about ask the 5 trolley dudes for a volunteer? (encourage self-harm)
