My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer last year, got a therapy, an OP... Difficult time, but manageable. A lot of scheduling this and that. Unfortunately, there was an MRT scan last week, and a CT scan yesterday and it looks like we may be facing also a lung cancer now. But, those 5 months between the end of treatment and the new phase of doom and gloom were nice and almost normal. Unfortunately, one has to accept that there is no proper healing from a cancer in many cases, one is just living on borrowed time. We knew it, just hoped it would last longer.
