Do you think this silly comment is somehow profound? Math is mainly about proving theorems true or false or finding counterexamples.
And nevertheless this is what Arnol'd said. Do you also think he was silly?
Yes that is an extremely stupid thing for a mathematican to say and pointless to quote.
