At 25k you can easily get a used car from the dealership and purchase the warranty if you're very risk averse.
A 2023 crossover with 50k miles should suit you fine. I like Subarus and Hondas.
You definitely won’t have to spend that on a used Tesla, there are very few parts to replace
Unless you have to replace the battery, then it's probably $20k just for that.
