What does "rebuild" mean? Translation from C to Rust?
You look at Postgres C functions and prove they are identical, but the license is AGPL without mentioning Postgres authors. Consider me confused.

We translated from C to Rust, rearchitected several components and are working on rearchitecting more. For instance, we replaced the process-per-connection model with a thread-per-connection model and added a columnar format + new query executor that's hundreds of times faster than Postgres for OLAP workloads.
