I went back to check, enabled VPN and was able to set up custom MCP. Bottom line - it's a joke of an implementation. You have to manually approve each tool use each and every time with no way to "Always allow"...

Thanks for the review, will have to use Claude to interact with MCPs from my phone I guess, it's too bad from experience in personnal projects gemini flash is great at tool calling.
