I mean I can see the "I think your judgement is bad" could be seen as a personal insult (even though it is genuinely meant as an assessment of reality), but "multiple"?

That is not true though.
What you did probably sense instead is more of a general abrasiveness-field. That was intentional (and obvious, for that matter).
